      Pros

      Teads is one of few global businesses with the capability to challenge the media behemouths to dominate the ecosystem. They do everything the right way.

      Cons

      The biggest con is what I love the most.. Teads are not 'entitled' to anything from clients, it is all earned through true partnership and problem solving.

      A truly great business

      Pros

      A dynamic, exciting, creative & supportive environment. The people and talent in this company are amongst the best I have worked with in my 15 year career.

      Cons

      It’s an extremely fast paced and sometimes challenging environment to be in which is not for everyone. A lot of work is going on behind the scenes to evolve and improve the culture, D E & I which is needed but I believe the commitment from both the employees and leadership is there to make positive changes.
