A vibrant environment that encourages inter-team collaboration and sharing of knowledge. Prove your drive to excel and they will give you the opportunity to switch roles or teams that really gets the most out of you. Everyone is welcoming and enthusiastic and the culture within the office and company, is from my experience, one of a kind. The annual Global Summits are a once in a life time experience too. You get to engage with the members of other offices and speak with the leadership teams to share your ideas and contribute to the company vision.
Cons
More structured training would be great, but you usually have helpful team members to help you along the way. There's nothing you can't solve with the help of your line manager and team mates. This is being addressed more thoroughly and has been improved with online video tutorials and workshops in recent times.
