      Pros

      Teads offer great wellness benefits including a monthly allowance for Juno, 1:1 coaching, yoga classes, mental health first aider training & private health insurance. The team is very sociable and there is a great, inclusive culture in the London office. Recently, a Culture Committee has been set up in the UK, proving their commitment to DE & I and charity initiatives. Training courses are provided each year, giving the team the opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Working from home has been successful during COVID so it would be good to see that continue to be an option for a couple of days per week post June.
