- Fast paced company with a lot going for it - A lot of opportunities to work your way up as they often promote from within - Good perks across the board - holiday in US is quite flexible - Great relationships with clients and publishers which makes for a good working environment - Good product and a lot of investment in it - More investment in company culture and fostering inclusivity

Cons

- Extremely high sales targets - Nepotism and favoritism very clear at times - Inefficient and at times unprofessional HR practises - Poor communication between teams

The people here are amazing. Everyone is family here. And that's probably the best outcome you could have starting at a new company. They're always willing to help with any situation whether it be in the job title or not. It's a growing company and there's plenty to do at Teads.

Cons

At this point, I don't believe I've had a negative experience here

Pros

Teads has an amazing company culture. Enthusiastic employees, people genuinely get along and work together to make the business extremely successful and fun to be part of. Generous vacation policy, annual company summits and competitive benefits for the US. Promotions from within are common and the company has employee interest at heart.

Cons

None really - people are great and the product is the best in the market.
