We realize that this has been a fast paced and challenging year as we’ve continued to grow and scale globally. We are committed to keeping the lines of communication open and to further empowering our employees to share their views and shape the culture of their local offices, but we still have some work to do to get that right long-term. We take all comments and opinions very seriously and are doing our best to scale the company without losing our identity. Inter-office travel has always been a core way that we have supported this effort and a way to share our culture and connect our people across the globe.
