Pros

Fun office culture, nice central and walkable office location, decent benefits including stipends for fitness and transportation, interaction across several offices and business functions, great product and a leader in certain aspects of innovation and product development

Cons

Very frequent structural and organizational changes that create confusion and lack of consistency within individual roles and departments as a whole. The customer experience team has had significant changes to the job description and day to day functions of the role over the past few years.

Pros

Fun, young-spirited colleagues (mostly in their 30s) with a positive vibe. Notable representation of women in high-ranking roles. Some perks like a weekly lunch budget (though outdated) and industry-aligned benefits (but shrinking).

Cons

Prioritises appearing as a "big adtech" company over building authentic value; relies on acquisitions to fake growth. Core values exist only on paper; daily operations don’t reflect proclaimed ideals. Overstaffed sales teams with poor alignment to actual revenue generation. Siloed departments with little cross-team collaboration. Mandatory 3 days in-office (including Mondays) despite cramped workspace (e.g., working from kitchen desks/sofas). No adjustments for inflation/cost of living in 2+ years. No appraisals either. It will take you months and months to back and fourth to even get considered for a pay rise. Reduced perks over time; lunch budget outdated and insufficient amid rising costs. CEO’s stereotype of corporate world where he goes around saying "we’re family" to then move forward with abrupt layoffs. High turnover of senior staff with no knowledge transfer, leaving teams under-resourced. Lacking big-brand/agency partnerships. Struggle to keep workplace politics-neutral. Frequent "slow" days with minimal tasks (could be a pro for some).
