      Half decent product Subsidised snacks Central location

      Demotivated team Un-inspiring Senior level management (old timers promoted to senior positions as a result of being with the company from the start) Weak senior management leadership and focus Reactive rather than proactive company (constantly chasing competitors (Taboola) and bad mouthing them to potential clients Bullying management and HR Team (HR Team are self employed and therefore are keen to keep employed hence not addressing serious problems including bullying and intimidation from senior team members and team heads) Very long working hours (always on culture even at evenings and weekends and whilst in vacation) I would only advise people join this company if you are thick skinned and can deal with high levels of office politics and lack of direction

      Great environment. Multi-cultural. You will work with every region and office from Central America to South America and alongside professionals all over the globe. Fast-paced growth company. Innovative. International company with more than 20 offices around the world. Tech-oriented mentality. Start-up spirit.

      Lack of internal and external communications and processes, it affects local and international businesses and clients.

      Startup that transfomes into a corporate

      Pros

      Atmosphere, team work, challenging environment, great place to grow and acquire knowledge/experience.

      Cons

      Low salary(at the low range of the salaries in the market). Inadequate compensations(no 401k participation, average to bad health insurance, short on vacation days, etc...) Stock options are still unusable(no one knows if IPO will happen at all). People used to be no. one priority for the company, that's no longer the case - the management prefers to bring rookies on low salaries instead of being competitive and bringing experienced talents. The startup culture is pushed away by corporate policies and politics that replaces it. Management hire a lot of people and from a small and efficient company we it became an inefficient one.
