      Outbrain continues to be one of the fastest growing start-ups in the space and has lots of room for people who want to grow at a stable, established company. Clients on both the publisher and marketer side prefer Outbrain's product and people. There's opportunity for folks who have a long-term view. Performance is rewarded.

      Cons

      Competition is tough and the market changes almost weekly (or so it seems). There are many people who have been at the company for a long time.
