      - People are awesome and highly skilled - Emphasis on team (not just company) culture - Friendly to seniors AND juniors - Gets things done - People look beyond "it works" and focus on quality - The usual stocked kitchen, fun days, etc, without too much fluff - Located in Netanya (easier commute) - Has a strong name in the industry - Good work/life balance

      - No bonuses - Located in Netanya (doesn't sound as flashy as TLV)
