Pros

The are some really great individuals here, and I love working and learning from them. And the stocked fridge is a nice bonus.

Cons

So the company really tries to maintain that "start-up" feel; I don't feel it. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the executive level and the rest of the company. In can be very frustrating not knowing where the company is headed.
