      Pros

      Teads give you all of the tools to help succeed in the video advertising space. I've worked here for a little over a year now and have grown tremendously and learned so much about my role and how we're changing the online video space. We have a lot of fun events and opportunities to travel to our many offices.

      Cons

      Management travels a lot but they do a good job of keeping in contact when they are out.

      Pros

      It's a great atmosphere to learn and grow. The company also does a good job of investing in their employees, in turn keeping them happy. :) Lots of fun events including our Global Annual Summit!

      Cons

      Management is frequently traveling so it can sometimes be challenging to get one on one time. That being said, the entire management team is very welcoming and open to hearing feedback.

      Great team, great leaders, learned a ton.

      Cons

      Salaries were... meh. But they succeeded in selling us to a bigger startup with better salaries. And free food, parties, sales meetings in nice locations, etc.
