Thanks for the review and feedback. We wanted to focus on the improvements Vs the areas you think we are doing well in :-) As a growing company we continue to see how we can maintain individual autonomy and at the same time ensure we are efficient. If you haven't already reached out to your local People & Culture representative it would be great to hear your thoughts/ideas on how to make further progress in this area. We have recently appointed a Diversity & Inclusion officer who is working with multiple departments to hold us all more accountable to raising the bar in this area and we are positive we will see improvements.

Our management team works hard to ensure we are providing transparent goals for all teams that are in line with business priorities. While this might vary from one quarter to the next based on new product offerings or market challenges, we do not change targets within a quarter. We pride ourselves on being able to pivot quickly and this is fundamental to our success. We would welcome the opportunity to hear more feedback.
