Thanks for your review. We put a lot of effort into creating a good work life balance and inclusion - so glad to hear this was felt! On the HR front, thank you for raising, we will look into this. We have just hired a new HR employee in New York which will go to support employees more so we should feel this effect soon. You are correct that during the peak of COVID we did change sales plans to be more unified for Outbrain as one global business. Now that times are thankfully feeling more normal for Outbrain and many businesses, we are reverting back to more team focused sales plan. We do have monthly global town halls where we share how the company is doing and major topics that affect us Outbrainers. However transparency is an important value for us, so thanks for raising and we will look into this.
