Internal mobility has been at the focus for a long time, and although it is not an easy task, we are really proud about our internal mobility policy and numbers. We will keep the good work up to ensure we see more of those opportunities arise. Macroeconomics have never been more important, the world has been on a constantly changing rhythm for the past years. We appreciate you acknowledging external, non controllable factors have been impacting the tech space. Pros

Coworkers are professional and experienced. The culture is pretty good and the managers seem to be top tier across the board. There are opportunities for growth and the work is very interesting and engaging.

Cons

The paycheck doesn't grow with inflation.
