Pros

I love this company! Comfortable working space, everyone works together as a team, lots of perks. We definitely work hard but everyone likes to have a good time. Leadership is awesome really values your ideas and opinions. We have a yearly summit, last year we went to Thailand. It's a ton of fun and a really great team building experience. All around I give this company 5 stars.

- Amazing work/life balance - Flexibility to own tasks/projects - Exposure to multiple teams - Extremely positive onboarding/training process - Comfortable office environment - Being an industry leader

Cons

- With any small company that operates at a global scale there will always be huge obstacles when it comes to efficient communication and operations but Teads is constantly improving on this
