Required 30 min patient blocks on your schedule and need prior approval from clinic director for anything longer (everyone is expected to be there for at least an hour), get told frequently "it's about the patients" but spend most staff and company meetings talking about money (but that's most OP ortho clinics), get told to market yourself to get referrals but not much help in how to get there from management. Senior management is very clique-y, so you don't always feel like you have someone to talk to if something fishy is going on in your clinic
