- if you have zero experience then you have a shot to get hired. - lots of young people who are friendly.

Cons

- because they hire almost exclusively people who have zero experience, pay isn't all that great. - the friendliness doesn't hide the fact that everyone who isn't upper management hates being there. - turnover is pretty bad. - the shine of the company wears off fairly quickly.

Team Velocity has a modern work environment with an open floor plan to promote team collaboration. - I am a mother of two and they are very flexible with home and work life. - I enjoy working with my team and we support each other. - Upper management has and open door policy and very welcoming.

-This is a smaller company currently and growth in positions is not always available.
