      Pros

      TeamHealth is an excellent employer. TH offers fre CME and ensures their providers are up to date on current trends in emergency medicine. TH offers great communication through email, and from my experience if you contact one person who may not know an answer to a question, he or she is quick to find the right person for this answer.

      I have none to add at this time. I have not experienced any cons to my employment at TeamHealth. Please reference my pros

      Stable job, dont have to worry about getting fired for small mistakes! Promotes from within the company. Friendly coworkers! Flexible depending on your Supervisor! Has company functions throughout the year! Great Benefits! Overall good experience, especially if you're looking for a long-term career !career

      Cons

      Very low pay rate for the amount of work and stress that they put on you! Stressful when there is a lot of workload.
