      Pros

      Flexible schedule, competitive salary, Provides Continuing education on an ongoing basis, many job opportunities nationally.

      Cons

      Only assists with premium coverage with the employee for medical insurance. Family coverage is additional premium paid by the employee. Very physician oriented, less recognition for the APCs

      Pros

      Team Health continues to grow and succeed in a changing and challenging healthcare environment. It is comforting to have the security of a large, thriving company while having the local and personalized support of regional management. The risk management tools and CME are fantastic. I feel well supported to be a productive clinician.

      Cons

      At first a large company can be difficult to navigate, but the folks are more than helpful and it is easier to get things done once you get used to it.
