Pros
The Pros of recruiting with TeamHealth are that we are not a 3rd party "head hunting" recruiting based business. We are contracted with the facilities to run different programs. We take pride in our work and who we hire to work in our facilities. As recruiters in TeamHealth, we do not fight amoungst each other. We share our leads with different recruiters if we cannot help a specific provider. More pros are that our company really does believe in a health work/life balance and you are encouraged to take time off, and use your PTO. Everyone has been supportive and we are growing exponentially.
Cons
With fast growth, comes new sets of issues and stress. But even this is not a con - because we work through it and become more organized as we grow.
