Working at Techarmy LLC has been an awful experience. I strongly discourage anyone from joining this company. No Employee Benefits: There are no benefits like Provident Fund (PF), medical insurance, or any form of employee support. Poor Work-Life Balance: The workload is excessive, with no respect for personal time or employee well-being. Untrustworthy Management: Management cannot be trusted. They make empty promises and fail to deliver on their commitments, leaving employees feeling deceived and frustrated. Ineffective and Biased Leadership: The management is unprofessional, often displaying favoritism, especially towards certain female employees, which creates an unfair and uncomfortable work environment.
