      Pros

      Its a great place to work, every individual is treated special. Work wise - The Tasks to work upon are clearly categorized. Employees are constrained and are encouraged to give improvement ideas. Managers are approachable at any point in time. Freedom to work culture.

      I have been working for Tech Army for 3 years now and they really care about their employees and it's not something you can genuinely see from other companies. Overall, I highly recommend working for Tech Army and 2 thumbs up with the way they handle their people.
