      Pros

      As a person that has worked here for nearly 3 years, it has been a delight to watch this company grow. They care about me and my family and have helped me grow professionally . You can’t find that in many places anymore .

      Cons

      We have experienced some growing pains with newer acquisitions, but the management is working with the staff to get through it. I appreciate the passion that people have to make it better .

      Pros

      I interviewed with the President for my second face to face interview, and he said, right in the job interview, "We want to help people know their gifts, develop their talents, and live their life to its fullest potential." This is a faith-based company with a lot of ethics and integrity. They (now we) believe in treating employees like family.

      Cons

      Office building is 100 years old, but kept up well.
