      Pros

      Snack room is always full. Jordan is the only good guy left there.

      Cons

      Workplace politics are horrendous here. Severe amounts of nepotism. Little to no training provided. Understaffed and refuse to hire more people. Little to no advancement opportunities. "Family feel" is gone. Overworked and underpaid. If Alex or Christy see this, you're not missed.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work for/with. Management is generally approachable and colleagues quickly become like family.

      Cons

      Changes and transitions are often poorly planned and under-communicated. Decision makers don't always consult with subject matter experts before implementing changes. This results in a lot of time being spent cleaning up messes that could have been avoided.
