      Salary on time. Good pay in Ahmedabad. Flexibility Good Projects

      Cons

      For India's office: micromanagement. Pay will be decided by your previous CTC ( Not by talent ) Salary Hike would be flat 20% ( whether you give your extra efforts or not )

      - The Management actually measures the happiness of the employees and makes efforts towards improving, growing and fixing things actively with no political intention. - No such political or any kind of hierarchy. - Learning and delivery growth model of development. - You get to choose you career growth both technology-wise (limited to the available options), and economically as well. - Flexible work hours, no dress code.

      Cons

      - There's always certain areas of improvement; But they're already on it.
