Work life balance upto certain point. High hopes and deams about culture and pay.

Cons

Even if you received best review in performance they will not give you hike. Can fire you any moment, by giving you 1 hour to pack your things. No job safety. Team leader are those members who does not know anything about your work also they dont care about there team. Baisedness on the basis of your origin.
