- CEO & CTO of the company are the coolest and most honorable people I have ever worked with - Promotion & Increase without asking - Company happy hour and events - Competitive salary & benefits - Healthy culture and enviroment

Cons

- Managers below top level, needs improvement, they may be excellent engineers, but should be trained as leaders. - Nature of the company is consulting, most probably you will work as contractors in bigger companies.

- Worst management and leadership - Zero professionalism - Need to be ready for being shoe licker. Upper management people are full of ego and will provide negative review if you go against them even when you're right. - Non transperant policies, HR will change the policies as per their mood.

There are many cons, but if want to write in short, Manager is not qualified to Manage, with Zero experience. If its manager's mistake still he will point it out to the employee and kickout the employee out of the company. Never head of word of appreciation for any of my team members, But, yes if you have made an innocent mistake then you will get scolded on the front to all team members brutally. So if you are looking for Support role I would not recommend this company,
