The Manager is not supporting and not putting point with the management and ultimately the Engineers are suffering from the weak manager's capabilities. The Manger should speak on behalf of their team because the work are been done and specially the Support team has the exception because they are not involved with any management . The Management alos need to understand and allow Support team to work flexibly apart from bringing them back to the office . After the Work from Home Ended, this company is not a better place to work in Tech Support as the work-life balance is Zero due to lack of support from the management.

There are many cons, but if want to write in short, Manager is not qualified to Manage, with Zero experience. If its manager's mistake still he will point it out to the employee and kickout the employee out of the company. Never head of word of appreciation for any of my team members, But, yes if you have made an innocent mistake then you will get scolded on the front to all team members brutally. So if you are looking for Support role I would not recommend this company,
