Tech Mahindra provides certification voucher for all costly certifications from AWS, GCP, Microsoft and more. Also it has good projects client from US, UK, Dubai like SAP, Concentric, Cvs/Aetna, Teleperformance, Verizon, etc. Tech Mahindra gives annual hike between 7 to 10%. Campus are big with beautiful gardens and well structured buildings.

Cons

I did not find any cons yet but mostly it could be the waiting period to get project after getting hired.
