      1. Work life balance. 2. Work from home setup (for the mean time)

      1. The biggest drawback is the decoupling of promotions and salary adjustments. While you may be recognized with a new title and increased responsibilities, the corresponding salary alignment doesn't always happen immediately. 2. There can be a significant lag between stepping into a more senior role and seeing that reflected in your paycheck, which can be frustrating if you’re looking for instant market-rate adjustments.

      Good Place to get certificates On campus Day care facilities for employee(Employee has to pay) Great support for women during the pregnancy- can get work from home Campus is vast and good to be there.
