      Good offshore teams but bad onsite management...no team work at onsite.

      Best for fresher Senior management are open and transparent Understanding the employee issues...but not at onsite

      Cons

      Conservative in thinking Middle managment ruin the company culture Favoritism and politics hampering growth Don't join for in the senior positions, promotions will freeze Senior Management people only thinking locally inturn onsite managers are taking undue advantages

      Pros

      Exposure to a product company. Very good work being done. Better than other project of tech m in terms of programming skills required and domain knowledge.

      Cons

      The take over of by tech M was a good thing but tech m hasnt shown much interest in ipolicy. So the profits don't seem to be very good for ipolicy.

      1. Salaries are not always up to market evaluation 2. Quarterly variable pay component complex and seems like a tool to cut salaries
