Pros
1. Management was good untill they need your help/ work to be done( use n throw). 2.Team was friendly and competitive 3.Technology projects are good.
Cons
1. No humanity, never took single leave put all leave when my dad demised but company terminated without reason. 2. Great narrow minded exit HR Team which cuts your 2 month salary/3 month which need to be provided for candidate/associate and gives partial salary only one month and gratuity amount (cost cutting expert). 3. Red line projects are converted to green but company puts you for pip and says not taken ownership of project after working workholic being in war zone for project completion which was pending and escalated by client since 2.5 years.
