      Pros

      It's a job. It gets in the door to some companies (customers) like major ones in the USA since a huge number of them outsource testing to India or Indian companies come to them here.

      Cons

      - Low low pay for high titles - Not much room to grow - May drop you easily as the main project you came in for ends (won't bother much finding your another project)

      Pros

      Directs were a team worth holding on to. They cared about the client and performance.

      Cons

      Underpaid employees - Far below comparative jobs. Absolutely NO career growth. No merit increases even when informed via company communication. Would allow the client to completely micromanage the managed services.
