I would not recommend this company based on my experience. One of the biggest issues is the roster and recall system. There were instances where I had to report to the office for 9 consecutive days, and another time for 7 consecutive days without a break. While the company provides flexibility through different roster arrangements, there appears to be very little transparency regarding how these schedules are determined. Employees are often not made aware of clear policies outlining the number of consecutive days they may be required to work.
Another major concern is the lack of consideration for employee well-being. In situations involving illness, recovery from surgery, injuries requiring rest, or other health-related conditions, employees are still expected to continue working with minimal accommodation. It often feels as though employee health and recovery are secondary to operational requirements.
I understand that every organization has its own policies regarding holidays and leave. However, greater transparency, clearer communication of policies, and a stronger focus on employee welfare would significantly improve the work environment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been one of the most challenging companies I have worked for.
