Limited attention to redelpoyment of employees once assignments end with billing clients, minimal if none conmunication during the redeployment process. Bare minimal time on bench (1 week) for employeess that are not billing to a specific client.

I worked in a staff augmented mode of work so not much interaction with TechMahindra leardership except for quarterly meetings.

Cons

Does not pay well. Pretty much depends on the opportunities within the same client, if none then finding a good role elsewhere would be a challenge.
