Honestly couldn't find any; 1. Best for someone who doesnt have knowledge on latest technology 2. Best for someone who is totally insecure 3. Manager and above gets pickup and drop service

(for office in Malad Prism and Paradigm) Its not Tech M; its a CALL CENTER- acquired by & overseen by Tech Mahindra!!! NO MATTER WHAT HR AND INTERVIEWER SAY "WE ARE TECH-M" IF YOUR WORK INVOLVES WORKING WITH CALLCENTER DATA; THEN ITS A CALL CENTER. 1. Malad Prism and Paradigm is the most dirtiest offices i have ever seen in my life. there are mouse running in AC ducts and cockroaches all around desks 2. Cafeterias is the most unhygienic place to have food, its very common to get cockroach in food. and complaints on it is ignored very casually. 3. Increment growth is 3-4% 4. Variable is 15% out of which, you will get only 10%. justification will be some stupid reason. 5. Management is totally IMMATURE, and doesnt have a strategic vision 6. If you join at Manager level, take it that you will be used to do all dirty management work, where you will be shown as toxic manager to get the work done. 7. HOD & GM of Analytics dept is very abusive; specially GM yells MC/BC on floor. self respect is a JOKE here! 8. Micro management is in veins of some Asst. Managers, and they put blame on leaders and if required they even manipulate Analysts against Managers. 9. Manipulation and Defaming anyone is a common practice here. 10. Some business leaders are only 12th Pass/Fail. and if you hold good PG degree, you will be bullied for it. your work wont be considered no matter what best practices you bring on the table 11. Technology is all outdated, spending 6 months here is like wasting 2 years in competitive market 12. People here are not treated as humans, for this call center, you are just a revenue generating machine 13. if you resign, you will be harassed for all unnecessary things. 14. Employee offboarding is a JOKE, and Stupid/Silly reasons will be given for salary deduction in your F&F. common one is - ID not submitted/Damaged, hence deducted 1500-2000 Rs for it.
