Lots to learn . Lot of extra carricular activity. Nice environment. Good for freshers.

Cons

Less Implementation and more of a support jobs . No Implementation of new technologies. Unnecessary restriction and timeline constraint.

If you are good building rapport with your managers and his/her managers then you may climb up the ladder very fast. Not possible with only merit and technical skills

Cons

Management treat software engineers like commodities. Engineers get no respect or money from the company management.
