Pros

I worked for 2 years in this company , learnt a lot . Tnks to Teck observer for making my future bright. I left the company on my on because I got the job in my home town.

Nothing found any wrong in the company during my period.

Tech-Observer is a Horrible Company

Pros

You will never complain in your next organization. If you are able to get a job outside before the management sucks life out of you.

Cons

Salary on 7th of every month. Sometimes it's delayed till 11th. Perpetual bond. Initial is 2 years and if you want yearly increments (max 10% however most get 2 to 3%). People are let go off on a days notice. You don't get the salary towards notice. Relatives of CEO and CEO himself posts fake reviews on Glassdoor.
