Having worked at Tech Observer for over a decade, I have had the opportunity to experience the company's growth while growing professionally myself. One of the things I value most is that growth isn't limited to a select few people. If you're willing to take initiative and consistently deliver, there are real opportunities to learn and grow. Throughout my journey, I've always felt trusted and supported by the leadership team. They have encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, entrusted me with greater responsibilities, and have been receptive to feedback and new ideas. I also appreciate the flexibility the company offers, which has made it possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance over the years.
Cons
No workplace is without its challenges. At times, busy periods can lead to communication gaps, shifting priorities, or differences in opinion. However, I have found these to be a normal part of a fast-paced work environment or a growing company rather than ongoing issues. It is difficult to judge or even comprehend the daily issues of a mid-size company from the outside. What matters is that there's a willingness to listen, adapt, and work through challenges together.
