Pros

Good opportunities for working on different teams. They find a large number of contracts to choose from throughout the twin cities.

Cons

I enjoyed working with the recruiters and managers. There aren't any real cons that I can think of to share.

I honestly was hoping for more out of this company, it's definitely not what I had hoped it would be.

Pros

They have a great salary and commission plan, the local people are great to work with for the most part, and they have a lot of flexibility as far as time off and working from home if needed. The business is also growing by leaps and bounds.

Cons

Lack of training, reduced benefit packages, higher insurance costs, roles are not defined between the onshore and offshore teams, wrong people in management. As a conservative, the constant shipping of work overseas will eventually lead to complete dysfunction in the local workplace, and to me that's not right.
