Pros

The company has good corporate network.

Cons

The company does not promote pay increase. I was a contractor and they only called me when there was an extension on the contract; nothing else.

Pros

Good opportunities for working on different teams. They find a large number of contracts to choose from throughout the twin cities.

Cons

I enjoyed working with the recruiters and managers. There aren't any real cons that I can think of to share.
