Pros

-Management cares about its people way more than they do about the bottom-line. -Tech9 has high expectations for its people and provides ways for them to exceed those expectations -Management cares about your ideas and wants to find ways to implement them -Tech9 hires the best of the best. They have a "senior only" approach to their hiring, which makes them extremely competitive in the quality of software they build. -When faced with challenges, management doesn't panic. They find creative ways to affront its challenges.

Cons

-We have a lot of growth to be had! We are currently implementing processes to keep us consistent. -Tech9 needs more recognition in the Utah community. We need to continue to grow our brand!
