The people you work with are great. When you're sick they try to work with you as best as possible.

Cons

A lot of politics there. To move any farther the you have to know someone or be related.

Pros

Great place to work. I was fortunate to have a great supervisor for the first year I was there. He never looked down on me, only treated me fair. The work is repetitive if you have to be on the same press daily instead of getting moved around. You stay so busy that the time goes by really fast. In my opinion it's a great place to work. I enjoyed it.

Cons

The only bad part about working for technical was the 12 hour shifts and even that wasn't so bad. You stay so busy it doesn't feel like your there for that long at all.
