Currently plant 2 team member and the management and people are great!

Cons

Technimark is the most stingy place I have ever worked. One reason I say this is the 4 dollar difference between night and day shift, when we asked why the reply was we need them more nights are harder to fill. I can say day shift did get a raise a whopping .35 cents, it sure was appreciated the way inflation has risen. Technimark does NOT care about there employees at all and the pay SUCKS! Continually reducing the number for a line to run so works you hard as you can for bare minimum pay from a billion dollar company

Starting pay is decent. Every other weekend off.

Cons

Toxic work environment due to various employees constantly complaining. Working night shift you don't really have any support because all the support works day time. No holidays off and very little time off other than the days you were scheduled off.
