Pros

A lot of different positions available with many branches to grow into. They offer training if you're interested and will help pay for school. The pay has been increasing lately as well.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel very production dependent, and you might feel like you're going back and forth between people/departments trying to get answers to questions.
