Good place to work, safe, friendly, good benefits. Would recommend Technip to anyone looking for an engineering job.

Cons

Could definitely make more money somewhere else. Even before the recession Technip lost lots of employees to other companies due to not wanting to give raises. We lost a lot of good people.

In general, I think Technip USA is an excellent company compared to other engineering companies, although it's probably not as good as oil companies.

Cons

I am happy with Technip. In my opinion, Technip USA Inc. is currently doing well in the oil and gas industry.
