      High turnover, to many managers married working in office, technology systems outdated, Lack of Professional Leadership, two-tier system, some can work full time remote, others may not. No real HR, culturally racist-all the con previous reviews are absolutely accurate. Core value "Company First" correct, you have no personal life. Lie about performance and numbers

      Believe THE REVIEWS. The 5 stars are clearly from the owner and “managers”… I mean they have lost soooo many good employees that could have kept the company running, but unfortunately the “top dogs” lack leadership and have big egos when they’re not even good at what they do. Everything is outdated the company isn’t diverse (the only people that stay are white). They fail to realize that they are at their own fault for how the company is going down. I CAN HONESTLY SAY ALOT ABOUT TECHNIPOWER BUT IT WONT BE NO POINT BECUASE IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS THEY WONT BE UP AND RUNNING.
