Good training and people. Great community involvement - donation of money and time to charities specifically for children. Stable leadership. Good benefits.

Cons

Heavy workload of recruiters, and not enough time dedicated to each job order. Preference of top sales people and manager job orders over average account manager. Not open to remote work.
