I have been working with Techno Comp as full-time basis more than 7 years. I didn't find any issues with techno comp. The Marketing team is very strong. I used to get new project with in 2 weeks when I try to change the job. The HR team is very friendly. I never faced any issues related to salary. I used to get salary for every 2 weeks. Company is very support when you need help. Techno comp is very good for Green Card processing. They applied for GC with murthy. I never faced any issues with H1 extension and visa stamping. I always used to get 3 years extension. I strongly recommend to join with techno comp any one who are looking for the project.

Pros

Quick turnaround time for any open item. Professional and helpful. Would not mind working through them for any clients.

Cons

3% Salary hike request after an year of service was ignored and instead when client cut billing rate there was a 3% pay cut.
