Only LAX and the recent joiners, you can learn alot from them

Cons

First thing would be the HR , HR for being behind everyone to wear formals but she can come as attending a Friday night party during week days Operations, delivery Managers don't acknowledge the work, only are favourable to who they like, no connection with anyone who joins their team, no one on one. Very much interested in gossip.with favourites and HR Nothing to learn, only rat race. No training for the new joiners, so i left in a month Fresh hours are wasted on PT sessions like school. Everyday it's 1.5 hour waste after login The CEO should take one on one with the new joiners to understand about the culture of the company. Atleast the managers. I left because of the environment and culture and the arrogant HR, who doesn't care about the employeesb
